POEM: Sestina
Title: Sestina
Pairings: None
Warnings: Poetry

A long path ahead, no X mark on our map
No lamp to light the way, nor any perfect philosophy
Call down lightning from heaven,
And shake the earth with thunder
Ahead of us the cheers, behind us the screams
We follow down down down our twisting path

Sometimes we stumble from the path
And find again the screams
Our bones are shaken by the thunder
Do you think any of us will make it to heaven?
The soul's only use for philosophy
Is finding an escape from hell, a map

What's a Sestina?
